User Review

This is a fabulous movie. Made me wish I'd had a kid with me to see it. There are a few little misses regarding gun use, ID tags, etc., but it really doesn't take away from a great story with decent plot. Older kids who can handle the suspense will enjoy.

The handling of the dog is amazing. Nice review of the role dogs played in military history at the end so stay for the credits. Not sure where that hill is in East Texas so it was frustrating to learn that it was filed in North Carolina, but I can imagine those Piney Woods that the kids raced through on their bikes being near Lufkin.

Take time to see this on the big screen. It's nice to have a strong story supportive of military service and good family values. It's not churchy, it's just good. Take your kid, take your wife, take your granny.
